To all pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises:
In order to implement the "two invoices system" policy and the newly revised GSP on-site inspection guidelines, to carry out the 2017 pharmaceutical distribution flight inspection, and to standardize the quality management of pharmaceutical wholesale in our city, after research, it has been decided to hold a 2017 city-wide pharmaceutical wholesale enterprise heads meeting. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. Time and Place
Time: Morning of June 20, 2017
Place: To be determined.
The specific meeting time and place will be notified separately.
II. Participants
One legal representative or person in charge of the pharmaceutical wholesale enterprise.
III. Meeting Content
(1) Interpretation of the "two invoices system" policy implemented in the procurement of medicines by public medical institutions in the province.
(2) Introduction of new policy documents on pharmaceutical distribution supervision.
IV. Relevant Requirements
(1) In order to effectively implement the national and Anhui provincial "two invoices system" policies, as well as the 2017 city-wide pharmaceutical wholesale enterprise supervision and special rectification work, please ensure that the legal representatives or persons in charge of each pharmaceutical wholesale enterprise arrange their time in advance and attend the meeting on time.
(2) Please familiarize yourselves in advance with the national and Anhui provincial "two invoices system" policy documents and the newly revised "Good Supply Practice for Pharmaceutical Products".
(3) Please send the list of participants from each unit in electronic format to Li Feng and Zhang Bing of the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics Distribution Supervision Department of Hefei Municipal Food and Drug Administration before June 9.
