Those who participated in the investigation included Cheng Zhengge, Director and Party Committee Secretary of Hefei Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information; Diao Junzhou, Chief Engineer of the Bureau; Ding Qimin, Director of the Economic and Trade Bureau of Hefei High-tech Zone; Cheng Jingfang, Director of the Office of the Bureau; Jia Hui, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Bureau; Zhang Chuanchao, Director of the Economic Operation Department of the Bureau; Guo Mei, Director of the Pharmaceutical Industry Department of the Bureau; Ban Ye Qun, Second-level Chief Staff Member of the Science and Technology Department of the Bureau; and Wang Fenglian, Second-level Chief Staff Member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Department of the Bureau. Kong Zhen, Chairman of Hefei Kangchuntang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Jia Shangyi, Executive Deputy General Manager, also participated in the investigation and discussion.

This investigation aimed to understand the company's production and operation, find effective measures to promote its development, and encourage the development of industrial enterprises through policies. At the investigation meeting, Executive Deputy General Manager Jia Shangyi gave a comprehensive report on the company's basic situation, qualifications and honors, development direction, and project implementation.
