Job Responsibilities:
1. Announce and execute all company instructions and regulations, responsible for explaining various regulations, etc.;
2. Achieve various business targets set by the company; including sales targets, gross profit targets, expense targets, and profit targets, etc.;
3. Grasp the sales dynamics of the pharmacy, adjust the structure of the operating products; establish customer needs registration, reasonably formulate procurement plans; propose countermeasures and suggestions for slow-moving drugs;
4. Determine the reasonable retail Price of drugs;
5. Do a good job of classification management of drugs;
6. Do a good job of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety management of the pharmacy;
7. Do a good job of work arrangement and management of employees in chain pharmacies;
8. Carry out education and guidance work for pharmacy members;
9. Management of appraisal, promotion, and job adjustment of pharmacy members;
10. Do a good job of service quality management, handle customer complaints and suggestions;
11. Do a good job of emergency management;
12. Collection and written reporting of various information.
Qualifications:
